There's no minimum with DTF and heat-transfer vinyl, so you can order a single shirt. Screen printing starts from 10 pieces and gives you the best price per shirt on bigger orders.
It depends on how many shirts you need and your design. For fewer than 10 shirts or full-colour artwork, DTF is usually best. For 10 or more shirts with a simple logo, screen printing gives the best price per shirt. Names and numbers are done in vinyl. We'll recommend the right method when we quote.
No. Screen prints use plastisol ink that is cured into the fabric with heat, and DTF transfers are heat-pressed on, so both hold their colour wash after wash. Wash inside out on a gentle cycle and don't iron directly on the print.
