Screen Printing FAQ
There’s no fixed minimum — it’s artwork dependent. Some designs are cost-effective from a smaller run, while others need a few more pieces to be worthwhile. Send us your design and we’ll advise the most cost-effective quantity. For true one-offs and small numbers, our DTF and heat-transfer vinyl options have no minimum at all.
Plenty. Our automatic silk screen printing machines print up to 6 and 8 colours, so we handle everything from a simple one-colour logo to detailed, multi-colour designs. Fewer colours still keep your setup and cost per item lower, but you’re not limited to just a handful. For photographic or gradient artwork, DTF is the better choice.

Yes — it’s the most cost-effective method for bulk orders of the same design. Once the screens are set up, your price per item drops as the quantity goes up, which is why it’s the go-to for teams, schools and corporate uniforms.
