Send a print-ready gang sheet, or just send your logos and we'll size them and lay them out on the film for you.
Priced per Metre
Transfers are printed on a roll of film and charged by the metre, so the more designs you fit on each metre, the less each print costs. Bigger orders get a better rate.
No Minimum Order
Need one logo or a single transfer? That's fine. Test a new design or top up your stock without paying for a big run.
Same-Day on Small Orders
Small orders are usually ready the same day, and bigger runs take a few working days. Tell us your deadline and we'll confirm the lead time before you pay.
Couriered Anywhere in SA
Collect from our Overport workshop in Durban, or we'll courier your transfers to Johannesburg, Cape Town and anywhere else in South Africa.
Press Them Yourself
For cotton and poly-cotton, press at about 155°C for 12–15 seconds with medium-firm pressure, let it cool, then peel. Settings for polyester and other fabrics are in the FAQ below.
DTF Transfers FAQ
DTF transfers are priced per metre of film, and the rate per metre drops as your order gets bigger. What each print costs you depends on how many designs fit on a metre, so WhatsApp us your artwork and quantities and we'll give you today's price. There's no minimum order.
A gang sheet is one length of film with lots of designs packed onto it, so you get more prints out of every metre. Send us a ready-made gang sheet, or send your logos and we'll lay them out for you. Simple logo layouts are free. Bigger layout jobs, or artwork that needs redrawing or digitising, carry a fee that we'll confirm before printing.
A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background works best: 300 dpi, at the actual size you want printed. Don't mirror the artwork, we handle that. If you only have a JPEG or a low-resolution logo, send it anyway and we'll tell you if it needs cleaning up before printing.
For cotton and poly-cotton, pre-press the garment for 5 seconds, then press at about 155°C for 12–15 seconds with medium-firm pressure. Let it cool and peel the film slowly, unless your order says hot peel. Finish with a 5–10 second second press under a Teflon or baking sheet. For polyester, use about 135–140°C for 8–10 seconds. Presses vary, so test on a spare piece first.
DTF works on cotton, polyester, poly-cotton blends, fleece and canvas, on light and dark colours. Pressed properly, prints stay bright and flexible through many washes. Wait 24 hours before the first wash, then wash inside out at 30–40°C with mild detergent, skip bleach and fabric softener, and never iron directly on the print.
