DTF and vinyl start from a single cap. Screen printing starts from 10 caps of the same design. For embroidery, tell us your quantity and we'll quote; bigger runs bring the price per cap down.
Yes. We can brand any panel of the cap with any method, so you can add a website on the back, a sponsor on the side or a design on the peak. Each extra position is priced separately.
Yes. We source a wide range of quality caps, from budget promotional caps to premium trucker, snapback and golf styles. Ask us for our catalogue, view basic styles at our Overport factory, or send us caps you already have.
Yes. Beanies and bucket hats can be embroidered or printed. The branding area on a beanie's fold is smaller than a cap's front panel, so we size your logo to fit.
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is best, but a clear, high-resolution image usually works too. For embroidery your logo is turned into a stitch file, and you approve a proof before anything is made.
Most orders are ready in a few working days after you approve the proof, then we courier nationwide or you collect in Overport, Durban. Large embroidery orders can take longer, so ask for the current lead time if you have an event date.
