Screen printing involves preparing a screen for each colour, which is a fixed setup cost. That cost is spread across the order, which is why our minimum for screen printing is 10 pieces. From there, the price per shirt keeps dropping as the quantity goes up.

Small orders? DTF and vinyl are your friends

If you need fewer than 10 items (or even one), DTF and heat-transfer vinyl need no screen setup, so they are perfect for small runs and single pieces. That means we can help whether you want five shirts or five hundred.
